Elections Committee
The
Election/Polling Committee shall administer and execute all official polls and
elections of the TLDA as directed by the bylaws herein and where not
specifically provided for in these bylaws, it shall take its direction from the
Board of Directors.
The
Election/Polling Committee shall serve at the pleasure of the General
Membership, and shall report its findings, and election/polling results to the
Records Committee and the General Membership, and shall administer, tally,
record, and certify the results of all elections/polls.
The
Election/Polling committee shall cause to have published on the TLDA website the
list of candidates for any office with their respective biographical information
/ position statements, in alphabetical order by surname categorically under each
office which they have candidacy for and not less than 4 days prior to a
scheduled election or poll.
